Project Fi (alternative cell service)

Tiring of Big V's expensive coverage, I started shopping around last month. I definitely wanted to stay with an Android phone and didn't want a pay as you go phone. I don't use much data on my phone...2-3GB/month at the most...usually closer to 1-2GB.
